- Is there a safe in the room for valuables?
- We apologize, but there are no safes in the room. Please manage your belongings by yourself.
- Can I check out early?
- If you would like to check out before 8 AM, please return the key to the key return box at the front desk.
- Can I extend my checkout time?
- After 10 AM, you can extend your checkout time to 12 PM for 1,000 yen per hour.
After 12 PM, there will be a charge for an extra day.
(Depending on reservation status, there may be cases where you can extend until 2 PM.) - Can I check in earlier than 3 PM?
- If the room is ready before 3 PM, you can check in early.
